Description

Terroir: Clay-limestone

Blend : Merlot(85%), Cabernet Franc (10%) et Cabernet Sauvignon (5%)

Age of vines : 15 – 20 years old

Vinification : Traditionalin thermoregulated tanks

Ageing : 14 months in concrete tank

 lcohol: 14 %

 

Wine-making : withthe advice of Jean-Luc Zuger, owner of Château Malescot Saint-Exupéry inMargaux appellation, ranked Third big growth in the Bordeaux Wine OfficialClassification of 1855.

 

Appearance: Intense garnet color

Nose : Ripe black fruits and slightly spicy(pepper)  

Palate: a basket of tasty ripe black fruits(blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry) with a good length and soft tannins.

 

Foodand wine pairing :This subtle and complexwine will be a fantastic match with all kind of grilled meats (beef, duck),poultries or cold cuts, patés, and soft cheeses.
