Description

Origin:  Franciacorta, Italy
Grape: 100% Pinot Noir 
Alcohol: 12.5%

Maceration on the skins for a maximum of 24 hours following the first fermentation at a controlled temperature. Refermentation in the bottle with aging on the lees for at least 36 months.

Color: Elegant pale pink with copper highlights 

Tasting note: intensive aromas of blackberry, red currant, cherry, morello cherry, ribes and wild berries. 

Food pairing: Excellent with meat dishes, cold cuts and cheese. 

Serving Temperature: 6c
