Steinhaus Riesling的葡萄來自Goldatzel和Hölle地區。土壤主要以石英岩為特徵，30年的葡萄藤根深入至塊十厘米厚的土壤之下的石英岩中。全人手工挑選葡萄，然後在鋼罐中成熟。 酒色現柔和的黃色，夾雜著青蘋果和葡萄柚，加上加點黑胡椒辣的香氣，入口帶點檸檬酸，之後感受十分豐富的甜水果味和礦物質味，整支酒的酸度和甜度都最得平衡。
