Tasting Notes

Clear, the color is straw yellow with greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. The nose reveals delicate aromas, fruity and floral notes reminiscent of apple and acacia flowers. In the mouth it reveals an elegant, well-structured wine. The right softness is accompanied by the slight acid note in a balanced way. A lasting aromatic continuity is perceived on the aftertaste.

Excellent as an aperitif and perfect companion to biscuits, almond biscuits, strudel and other traditional Italian sweets.
